The hotel was unique with particularly good and magnificent location short walk to the Brandenburg Gate, grocery stores, drug stores and many street side restaurants and a taxi. Good service, friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing and great breakfast for all tastes with cheeses and fresh rolls, for instance. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything excellent. What a wonderful stay, no complaints whatsoever...

Bathroom a little small

The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. They spoke good English. The room was really quiet, big and comfortable. I liked the cosy atmosphere of the dining room. I can't find anything to complain about, so if you want to spend several days in Berlin it's a good plays to stay!

If you like big hotels with a lot of facilities and entertainment probably it wouldn'be the right place to stay. If you want a cosy, quiet place to have a rest in the evening it's the perfect place!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the value for money was outstanding. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent service. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated in a lovely residential neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. The rooms were well-equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast spread was generous and delicious.

Creaking floors in rooms and corridor. Reception let me change from 1st room which had very noisy floor with each footstep.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and good value (characteristic of Germany), the staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast is outstanding. Although in town, the hotel is not too noisy. It is also a historically interesting building. The hotel has recently been redecorated and looks smart and clean yet still retains its period character.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access popular attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, safe deposit box, and mini bar. The breakfast provided is excellent, with a wide selection of cheeses and breads.

The reception staff could be more friendly and helpful when explaining the hotel's door system.

Sandra at the front desk was always ready with a map of Berlin ready to point the way to my next destination very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with! The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and wonderful wake up beverages including a Latte/Espresso maker and four different juices although not included in the price of the room but well worth the 9.00 Euros per day!

Great room for decent price. Very big and comfortable. With big bed and sofa. Great bathroom as well. Internet connection is good and u can have it in your room. If you are using iPhone u might need to sett connection by hotel ip address. I couldn't do it by myself , but friendly hotel stuff help me very quickly sending the one of hotel stuff guy to sett my iPhone. I got connection in no time. Good heating sistem and tv in room to. Nice, comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
